Shipping

We offer free UK shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–3 working days via tracked courier.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind FitMynd Elite. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition.

Opened products — due to the nature of consumable supplements, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or faulty orders — if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fitmyndnutrition@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

How to return:

1. Email us at fitmyndnutrition@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
